About Kenia Construction

Our story

Kenia Construction is owned and run by James Chrispin, and it is based in Lynn, Massachusetts. James works across the construction trades, and the company brings remodeling, electrical, plumbing, painting, flooring and framing together so homeowners do not have to line up a separate contractor for each one.

The idea behind it is simple: a homeowner should be able to call one number, describe the problem, and deal with the people who will actually do the work.

We focus on the homes we see all around us in Lynn: older houses with plaster walls, mixed generations of wiring and plumbing, and layouts that were never designed for the way people live today.
